Speaker worked fine, radio keyed up, but no audio as if just the microphone portion was not working
Haven't had the chance to really put it through its paces, but it's been working well so far.
The smaller Baofeng mic is really garbage and cheaply made, but the BTECH QHM22 is made well and works perfect with my Baofeng BF-F8HP
I have two Baofeng UV-82's and the speaker mic works great with one of the radios however the other radio doesn't transmit with the mic unless I hold the connector tightly against the radio.
it's sounds loud and clear and already been in test with rain and heat excellent quality better than my departments Motorola radios in Range and when talking to dispatch
Sound from speaker is decent enough but will distort at a lower volume than the built in speaker on my uv-82.Mic works fine in my experience

The sound on this is fantastic not muddy not low just clear and loud

It is a great product and I just wish the Baofend charger cradle was as good quality and easy to use

Giving 1 star down because the packaging came undone in the box when it arrived and the radio had some dust on it
After a couple weeks my radio came un-clipped and bounced to the ground pulling and straining the still clipped mic.

No t bad except it needs to be screw in typ for radio
Works as advertised and I love the pass through feature for plugging any headset into it

Do not even think about getting those cheaper speaker mics
It was, construction wise and speaker audio quality, however the microphone quality is about the same as the dirt cheap speaker/mics.

Definitely worth the few extra dollars for this versus the cheap Baofeng speaker mics when are garbage really
The Cheaper BaoFeng actually sound much better and perform a bit better.

They are also not noise canceling so in a loud environment you do get background noise.

There has been no problem with picking up background noise when speaking across the face of the mike in a normal level of voice.
Background noise can naturally become a problem if you hold the mike 2-4 inches away from your face.

Very nice mic, with a good feel in the hand and easy to hear in a noisy environment.
Our company recently bought us new radios for communication in and around our manufacturing facility and in some areas the noise is so bad you can't hear the radio, this mic was a great deal and for the few days I've used it, seems to be working excellently, only reason for 4 stars being just haven't had it long enough to judge durability but so far great value!Update, had the speaker mic for a couple weeks and it works great, clip it to my shirt collar and have no trouble hearing in the noisy plant environment
I use these mics for mobile use and couldn't be more pleased about their performance in a noisy highway environment.
