Major product design flaw, there is a vent in the back of the hot water tank

This feels cheaply constructed for the price and has a lot of design flaws that has remedies but they do not supply these remedies / w this maker

I haven't read all the reviews, but did not come across any prior to purchase that mentioned what I consider to be serious design flaws

And it took almost an hour for a pot of coffee - no matter how much I descaled or cleaned the coffee maker.

The coffee drips rapidly, in about a minute I would say, and it is delicious and nice and hot!I have purchased this Bunn coffee maker for my children and as wedding gifts.

For me, it is too tall for my cabinets; cannot be programmed to turn on automatically; must be kept "on" at all times to keep water hot (I still do not understand why); drips quite a bit whenever I put water in; is simply not at all convenient in my opinion.
