Love that I have a hot pot of coffee in just a couple of minutes
Having a great pot of coffee in around 3 minutes is priceless.
I would recommend this coffee pot to all the coffee lovers
Had trouble making a pot of coffee without it overflowing in the filter basket.
It will cost a lil more own because the reserve tank keeps the next pot worth of water hot until you need it,, It dose not heat the water you just poured in like other home coffee makers
Because they quickly brew an excellent cup of coffee, I've put up with this and replaced my machine each time it would leak, or the warming plate fail, or not reach the correct brewing temperature.
The coffee is only lukewarm when brewed, it needs to sit on the hot plate a while before it can be considered "hot"
I called and they sent me the flow restrictor valve which is suppose to make brewing fine ground coffee easier (and not overflow basket with water) by slowing down the output of water over the grounds--which works, but takes FOREVER to brew a pot.
Had issues almost immediately,with coffee colored water leaking ( approx 2 cups worth ) when brewing
Definitely makes a fast cup of coffee, but can't make a strong brew.

I do highly recommend this machine to anyone looking to get away from the cheap, slow coffee machines.

Machine felt cheap (plastic on both sides) and the plate where the pot sat lacked a clear position.....felt the pot could slip off the burner at any time.

It does make coffee in short order which is the reason I ordered this brewerin the first place-so this is a great feature but be careful to not grind the beans too fine or you willget overflow of the coffee grinds into the carafe and onto the kitchen counter

2 months later it is making a terrible noise while heating the water up
It uses electricity 24/7 to keep the water in the reservoir hot, which I'm sure also adds unneeded heat in my kitchen.

The way this brewer works, is that it keeps a reserve tank of water heated at all times, so when you add more water, the heated reserve water is sprayed through a spray head, down, over the grounds and the coffee is brewed immediately into the carafe
