This thing is amazing

but what do you expect after 13 years and maybe the poor thing got cleaned 2 or 3 times

Only thing I can see that Bunn can improve on is the coffee pot itself

The thing about BUNN coffee makers is that they work flawlessly and all the time.

The most annoying thing about it was wasting very expensive coffee

I had heard all the great things about them, so I broke down and bought one

No bells or whistles, which in my opinion is a good thing

And it took almost an hour for a pot of coffee - no matter how much I descaled or cleaned the coffee maker.

The coffee drips rapidly, in about a minute I would say, and it is delicious and nice and hot!I have purchased this Bunn coffee maker for my children and as wedding gifts.

For me, it is too tall for my cabinets; cannot be programmed to turn on automatically; must be kept "on" at all times to keep water hot (I still do not understand why); drips quite a bit whenever I put water in; is simply not at all convenient in my opinion.
