Bunnel EDGE Electric Violin Outfit Jet Black Amp Included

    • One more thing that one can notice - if you use better quality headphones and /or better external amp, you will notice that the internal amp circuit inside of the violin is kind of noisy, i.e., it does generate some background noise
    • The tiny amp is just ridiculously cute and it works and has an amazing sound for something so small
    • Two things I didn’t quite like: The amp was not working properly and the bow’s hairs were loose/cut
    • The set also comes with a sturdy case, replacement strings, and a really convenient amp
    • The amp is great for practice in a small room and the headphones work great for private practice
    • I originally used it only with an external amp, but later tried the headphones just for fun, and wow, the internal amp sounds great
    • The mini amp that it comes with is so nice and extremely portable, I can fit it into a backpack no problem
    • Katie from support promptly emailed me and gave me a call after seeing the original negative review about having a bad amp
    • (Crappy) Bow, A (Crappy) Headphones, No Amp (and Pedals), A Rosin, Completely Set-
    • I expect to have to buy a better amp
    • (Decent) Bow, A (Decent) Headphones, a Mini Amp (and Pedals), A Rosin, Completely Set-up (Ready to Play)Final Verdict
    • Use it completely as is and upgrade to a better bow and amp when you stop making the horrible beginner squeaking sounds
    • The tiny amp is just ridiculously cute and it works and has an amazing sound for something so small
    • I was able to filter it out using inline high pass filter, but I know I have now a long term project - to find a better internal amp and replace it to get rid of the background noise
    • I find the sound from the electric violin (and an AMP) is much softer and wider than that from the acoustic one
    • True, it's not close to being acoustic violin, but it's not as dull and boring as you think
