In case anyone cares about the less important aspects: it is a bit heavier than an acoustic but not heavy enough that it bothers me when playing, the jack is on the side which makes hooking the cord up much easier, especially if you're using a shoulder rest and can wire it under that, the bow is nice, the case is nice, the cord has no problems, and when they say it comes ready to play it is as close to ready to play as a

The only negative thing is the 9V battery was a bit difficult to remove
