If you balance your feet exactly over the midpoint, your feet/legs will be sticking out in front of you instead of being straight down in a proper posture.

My chair is just a little to tall & it's perfect for proper posture.

If I could lock the wheels my posture would be great.

So comfortable, my posture has been better for sure!
