Call of Duty: World at War - PC

    • I didn't have any of the problems installing the game that others mentioned, although sometimes in multiplayer it has a hard time joining a server.
    • Some instances they are down right vicious while other times, they are dumb as a sack of rocks
    • In the end, the single player campaign was not why I bought the game, though I did have a good time playing through it.
    • I died enough times until I memorized the location of enemies and sequence of events
    • First of all, The game does not freeze, it just takes time to load, my PC is not a super machine and it runs the game perfectly; 2GB of ram, GeForce 512 MG, single core Intel processor at 3.0 GHz, I prefer to wait till it loads rather than have the game freezing in the middle of the action.
    • I have a hard time comprehending that a company as large as Activision would release such a shoddy product.
    • All in all I had a great time with this game
    • Can not change difficultly for really hard areas so unless you cheat or are really good you will die many times trying to get past certain difficult checkpoints
    • I spent more time on forums and doing the various checks proposed by Activision's responsive (though ultimatly unhelpful) support then I would have playing through the campaign.
    • Falling from a 2 story building gives no damage.-- Enemy AI runs to the same spot every time
    • once the price comes down, the bugs and balance issues worked out, this will be a pretty solid time killer
    • The game crashed a couple times.
    • I died enough times until I memorized the location of enemies and sequence of events
    • Being deployed in Kuwait, I really wanted a cool game to play to occupy my free time (what little I get) until I go home
    • Now I'm playing Left4Dead (and of course still some COD4), and having a grand old time.
    • While I usually tell people to just give a game a chance, I honestly do not encourage gamers to waste their time on this one.
    • Your team doesn't do crap, one time the enemy walked up to one of my guy and they both just stood there
    • Kinda of important when you aren't a gamer and have a hard time advancing.
    • unfortunately i still have no idea what the game is, since its crashing to blackscreen and "unhandled exeception" all the time, safe mode or not, patch 1.1 or not
    • 10-15 kills every time you get in a tank
    • The excitement I got when I first opened COD4 was exhilerating, but not this time
    • easy download with steam.have played it many times at all levels of difficulties.would recommend to all customers of amazon.
    • Loaded fine but every time I tried to run it, I got a crash
    • The graphics are stunning sometimes and other times look hardly better than 2's.
    • I am having a hard time understanding why so many people have been so hard on this game
    • I've literally died, waited 1 second, and respawned exactly where i died and get killed by the same exact guy who killed me last time, 3 times in a row
    • On the other, it's kinda buggy and has a tendency to blue screen the computer at the worst possible time in the campaign
    • I can have a great time on COD4 multiplayer, winning or losing.
