I love the included heat sinks.
-
Another reviewer questioned the “foam tape” that comes on the heat sinks
-
I opted for the very basic CanaKit because I wanted a power supply that fully met the requirements of the Pi, and the heat sinks seemed like a good idea anyway.

I love the included heat sinks.
-
There is better thermal tape out there, but personally I ordered thermal paste, peeled the tape completely off the heat sinks, applied the paste and sure enough the temperature went down a few degrees overall
-
Also, this is a barebones kit - all you get is the pi, three heat sinks, and power supply.
-
As compared to previous models, this one runs hotter, so be sure to use the heat sinks and have proper ventilation
-
The heat sinks are whatever, but the thermal tape you peel off is cheap and while it works is not a good conductor.
-
but recently they changed the sticky side of the heat sink, this new type doesn't stick to the board so you will have to use glow or something.
-
Heat sinks had their sticky sides exposed and was stuck to the anti static bag.
-
The price is good since this includes a heat sink and the power supply.
-
Oh, and heat sinks can be easily ordered separately and all the guides or help you need is a quick Google search away.

The heat sinks were not in little baggies like the pi zero I ordered at the same time
-
I like picking up the canakits because they include a very good AC adapter and heat sinks that improve the performance of the system for a good price.
-
I used the heat sinks that came with my case rather than the ones included
-
Great that CanKit bundles the heat sinks and power supply
-
I already had a good 100MB/s memory
