There's a rumor that the new 50mm L 1.2 will appear anytime soon in 2016.I believe this time the rumor must be more than that cause this lens and the technology inside reflects a new milestone in photography

The problem is that the focusing on ours is off just enough that it has a hard time focusing on what matters most - eyes

I will say during video mode, it does make noise every time it focuses

If you are taking pictures in close quarters like inside a house, you’re going to have a bad time.

It has a horrible time focusing

I bought this as a replacement for a 50mm I used to have but broke some time back

Great lens, super sharp, though not as quiet as i though it would be.

Amazing lens & way better than the M II version by far
