it takes good quality video, but not as good in my view as other cameras that have been out for the last couple of years, like the Sony a6xxx series
The quality is amazing and I love that it has a microphone input.
Its a great camera for day time photography, very lightweight , good autofocus, nice video quality, very responsive and easy to navigate touchscreen system, 180 degree tilting touchscreen for self photography
You can hold your camera over your head and still see what you're shooting, as well as a good old high quality selfie
The camera has excellent image quality, compatibility with the Canon system, and good controls

I tested the camera out with little to no light and haven't found a better camera that takes as clear videos as this one during night

Video is so clear, and let's be real the majority of us do not need
Pros: - form factor and size, perfect (for me at least) companion to the 5d4
It is a great size and light weight, but a very solid and durable body.
Fun camera and a great size - got to play around with it and was very pleased with the results
Love the burst on this, love the size, love the tilting screen.
f/2 is, size-to-IQ is very appealing - shutter noise and shock noticeably improved from the M3 - similar live-view and high-iso performance to the 80d - option for smaller focus box size, a weakness from the M3 - display still easy to see indoors and

The screen appears more vibrant than the one on the M3.
Love the burst on this, love the size, love the tilting screen.
The hot shoe blocks the articulating screen so you can frame your shots if you need to talk to your camera
Even compared to its sibling the M5 which has a better LCD screen (M5 has twice the LCD pixels as the M6) and touch focus while using the view finder (M6 doesn't have it while the optional view finder is connected). For

These mechanical controls will become handy when working with gloves
The camera takes fantastic pictures, the auto-focus is fantastic, low light performance is good and the additional controls and dials make quick changes much easier than previous Canon mirror-less cameras
The controls are intuitive and the touchscreen is a joy to use

In good light you get that great Canon color that a lot of people love
The 15-45 does a decent job in well lit in-door situations.
Yes, bright light shots are now almost as sharp as the 6D and to the point that you can almost see the mosquitos on the branch that are barely visible before cropping.2
The M6 feels a bit lighter than the M3, and I suspect that there is more plastic in the newer body, especially the top and bottom plates, which I think were metal on the M3
Basically it's a sharp lovely small APSC under bright light, with buttons placement like a dream, without the "wow" factors from the 6D or 5Ds
