I've got some great lenses but this is the only canon that approaches my Zeiss 50mm.

I was a wedding photographer for many years and this was one of my FAVORITE lenses.

Opinion varies about sharpness in the corners but all agree this is perhaps one of the sharpest lenses in Canon's line-up.
