The wireless feature stops working when the ink warning comes on, which means that you are at the mercy of Cannon and you MUST buy another black cartridge

Being able to print pictures from my phone is a great feature and the quality of the pictures if better than going to Walgreens and getting prints made

Aside from the print/scan quality, one of my favorite features of this printer is how quickly it starts printing

I suspect Canon may enjoy this 'feature' so you are forced to buy extra ink.

Great print, some cool features - like opening & closing the feeder tray by itself

It turns itself off--which is a good feature--when it's not in use

I am sure the replacement printer cartridges must be expensive, but the features and quality is good

The footprint is quite small actually, which is a great feature.

The TS9020 came with a very low price tag from Amazon, uses six (6) ink cartridges (same as my old pixma 980).Printing results are outstanding, copy and scan features are easy to use

Mostly print documents and love the auto two-sided print feature.

It prints very good (like most of the printers that I have used) and has some very good features.

Sooooo many nice features

The TS9020 does do auto duplex printing of 8.5 x 11 documents (not legal-sized) when you can optionally set it that way in your word processing software, a feature well worth having if you sometimes print two-sided

I settled on the TS9020 because of its features, compact size, 6 cartridge ink system & as a discontinued

Anyway love the back loader for color printing and its separate from the plain paper...a great feature.

We've been trying it out to make sure it will work as he will need it

I have had paper jams with other printers but just not as many and repetitive as with this printer.

The black and white printing isn't as sharp as I'd like - barcodes on shipping labels are blurry
