I've only used this for a couple of weeks and my ink levels are still good, after printing photos on both glossy and matte photo papers
As good as any other consumer level photo printer I've used (and I've used many).
Beautiful, updated looking printer, easy to set up and gorgeous photo prints for my photography business
It also does an amazing job printing photos, which I was able to try thanks to the sample pack of photo paper Canon includes with the printer

photo print quality is really good for the price of this printer.
It anchors an ugly, large L-shaped Quick Menu to the computer desktop and installs My Image Garden, which wants to take over scan and photo management, though it doesn’t insist, and other programs
Note that some commenters said PC Magazine gave it a bad print quality review

It is just a gorgeous looking printer, small, compact, and with a wonderful red cover

At this point I swallowed hard & looked at Canon models since the one good quality the MG7520 had was the 6 cartridge ink system & the ability to use aftermarket ink
A really nice looking printer, copier, scanner that performs as good as it looks
The printer also supports connection through a wi-fi router, but I had trouble figuring out which password it was looking for, and gave up after about an hour, unsuccessful

The black and white printing isn't as sharp as I'd like - barcodes on shipping labels are blurry
I hope the white doesn't yellow over time as many plastics tend to do, and will note that this printer is heavy on the cheaper plastic components

The paper draw looks like it wouldn't hold more than 10 pieces of paper.
You first have to take off a plastic flap on top of the paper tray, then you have have to manually adjust a flimsy piece of plastic to match your paper size, then put the plastic flap back on
This piece of temperamental flimsy junk is a nightmare.

When I'm at work and want to print something to my printer from my phone it is very easy using google cloud printing
Likewise Google Cloud print works fine for any kind of docs.

If you're lucky, you might get it to work 4 times without impossible error messages and a paper tray system that requires a PhD to operate
I bought the TS9020 because my MG5420 died (the dreaded B200 error message)
Doesn't give me constant annoying beeps and errors for things like my HP printer at work does.
I finally gave up on this frustrating printer and drove it to the e-waste center
Could not get past the "Tray is retracted" error message
