It keeps saying that there is a paper jam but there isn’t one

I followed all the directions to the letter, it just paper jammed the first sheet on six out six tries and across two different papers manufacturers (two different weights of paper as well).

This printer has paper jams on a daily basis

No paper is in the printer, yet it gives a message there is a paper jam

every time I try the paper jams at least once and this printer is anything but quiet

Poorly designed where a paper jam can render it useless

Almost every print job I sent resulted in a paper jam (regardless of front or rear loading)

Never worked as paper jammed!

Once I had this shitbox set up I've dealt with paper jams nearly every time I've printed

When it wasn't a paper jam, it was some other error

It started off great but after a month or maybe two, it got a paper jam and now it constantly says it's jammed even when it's not

On any job that is more than one page, there is a 9/10 chance there will be a paper jam

So what can be problem some persons have had with paper jams

I read another comment regarding how the printer does not hold much paper, I am sure it is because you WILL be adding paper quite frequently due to the number of paper jams

So far I've had no paper jams, but I checked to see how easy/hard it would be to clear WHEN it happens

This is a great printer, easy to set up, but if you ever have the slightest paper jam to clear, it's complete garbage at that point

I have had paper jams with other printers but just not as many and repetitive as with this printer.

While I had reservations about receiving a refurbished printer, I could not take the constant paper jams

I shut it off, remove the jam, re-load the tray, turn it back on, try to print the test page.. PAPER JAM.

It appears this may have finally resolved the recurrent paper jam issue....for now

Repeated paper jams have made the internal magazine UNUSABLE

Recently I had a paper jam....

The refurbished printer has operated flawlessly - no more paper jams!

Print 2 disks and got a message that there was a "paper jam" The printer had one page printed during set-up, thats it

I thought that the tray should be flush with the Printer after I loaded it, but when I tried it, I got Paper jams

On average it will take about 10 to 15 minutes of errors, paper jams, tray retraction questions and such before it prints

However, the duplex paper jam parts weren't fitting back in correctly, and, it turns out that there's a white paper guide flap that was upright when it should have been down, and neither the guide nor video (nor computer screen nor diagrams) point out to make sure this flap is down or else the parts in the back won't fit in right

Paper jam is all it could muster

We've been trying it out to make sure it will work as he will need it

I finally gave up on this frustrating printer and drove it to the e-waste center
