This camera is a well rounded performer with excellent image quality and great dynamic range that provides pleasing results

The quality of the unit I got is good but after buying the camera putting a brand new card in, setting it up and taking it on a shoot, I dumped the files on my computer to find my image numbers starting at 600 plus

Good quality pictures in low light

People might argue about getting RAW images being processed and getting good results, but in-camera JPEGs must be of great quality for this camera at this price point

Bottom line is that the 80D is a fantastic product for under $2K. Although the Nikon supposedly has better image quality, the 7200 cannot do many things that I enjoy with the 80D. Great decision for me

Part of the reason this one is so expensive is due to its more robust build quality and some other key features like the larger battery, the weather sealing, the 100% pentamirror viewfinder, the added controls, etc.

But overall the build quality is fantastic, and to me is the sweet spot size for DSLR’s.-

A better quality microphone would've been appreciated, and I still haven't really found use for the power zoom adapter, but the camera works brilliantly, and the audio quality is exceptional once I master it in post.
