Have had for one week and tried many different things, including watching their video, to get a good cup of coffee to no avail.

Super easy maintenance, I personally just fill the included carafe with half water, half vinegar pour it in boiler then close cap, run it once and then run it twice more with just plain water to remove vinegar smell and that has ensured a fresh smelling tasting cup of coffee every time since

The frother works with and without the the black plastic piece, but I prefer to use it without it (one less thing to clean, same result).Overall, we're enjoying our cup of espresso and/or capuccino every morning but will buy a bigger machine when this one dies because you are really limited to 2 cups if you drink double-espressos like we do, i.e. one each.

I love espresso, and this machine made a decent cup while it lasted

It takes me roughly 3 mins prep (getting the milk, coffee, chocolate, cups etc ready) and about 5 mins to actually pull the espresso and steam the milk.

It really makes a lousy tasting cup of coffee.

It makes an excellent cup of espresso and makes nice, thick foamy milk (which I really like)

The stainless steel frothing cups have inward sloped walls so the milk doesn't go everywhere.
