Read all the directions, as people insisted..and WOW...what a great latte it made..and lots of foam, and heated the milk w/o the micrwave

makes a fine enough latte for me but the steaming wand needs a design improvement.

I bought this machine for xmas for my wife who loves lattes

Three weeks ago, I gave it another shot, and after a few rounds of practice, I now use this machine EVERY MORNING to make a DELICIOUS latte.

I received this as a gift in August and it made loads of terrific lattes.

It does take awhile to get used to, and it is several steps, but it's worth it in the end when I'm sitting down and relaxing to my nice warm latte

I don't believe it makes the best espresso in the world (not very creamy looking)but lattes and cappuccinos are great

My latte is perfect

This is the first espresso machine I have owned, and due to having suffered through several abysmal lattes/mochas/red eyes where the espresso tasted foul, I thought I had no chance to make a decent drink at home if some professionals couldn't.

I love my lattes and my fiancé loves his americanos that I make almost daily

Seems to be sturdily built, heats water satisfactorily, efficiently steams milk and, creates appropriate pressure to craft a fine latte.

I adjust steam to my liking, make anywhere up to 4 shots at a time, froth milk perfectly, even make my tea with frothy steamed milk for a perfect chair latte.

Great espresso, the frother makes nice lattes.

The reason that it sucks is that the espresso comes out cold, and the steaming nozzle is weak and clumsy, with a weird plastic thing on it that masks the fact that there is just not enough steam to make a good latte

It is easy to use, and you can have a great latte or cappuccino in less than 5 minutes.

While it's capable of making great cappuccinos and lattes, I've yet to extract a first-rate shot of espresso worth drinking black

It's now more than a year later, and still putting out great espresso and lattes.

But lattes and other milk based drinks are good

It takes some getting used to, but once you kinda master it, you will produce good lattes, espressos and what not

and we make espresso all the time. if you want to make a pretty good quality latte at home to save money, and you're not a total espresso snob then buy this!

It tasted every bit as good as my favorite Starbucks latte.

However, the coffee is not as good as from a pump machine that makes it directly into a cup.

I like that this machine has the ability to steam and froth milk, as well as, of course, making espresso

I can steam milk just as well as with an expensive restaurant-grade espresso maker (I used to be a barrista).
