This product worked great for a couple of years and then crapped out.

They have certainly cheapened their product to the point where it is no longer worth having

I purchased a product that was supposed to make it more convenient and mitigate the risk of a crappy product

maybe if they fixed the pressure in the steamer it would be a better product.

I'd recommend this product to anyone unless you're using it solely for traditional espresso, with crema as it's served in Italy.

This product works great if you learn how to use it properly, and reading the instruction booklet helps a lot.- the espresso comes out pretty fast so once I hear the water heating

Decent product

I have this machine for two years now, its a great product ,no complaints, and for the price its excelent, i use twice a day, and everything its work perfectly.

This product is extremely easy to use, and is a perfect size for a two users.

If you only make espresso once a month or less often, this product is fine.

This just about negates any warrenty on the machine and is an outrageous way for a company to deal with a defective product.
