Capresso 303.01 4-Cup Espresso and Cappuccino Machine

    • It is awkward to use and the rubber seal in the water tank cap is a pain
    • If you forget to depressurized the water chamber, by turning the machine off and opening the steam valve, the rubber seal can get sucked down inside the water chamber
    • the rubber seal on the water tank melted which means water pressure is inadequate and the machine does not work properly.
    • After you get your coffee, you have to release the cap immediately, which can cause steam burns, to keep the rubber seal from being sucked into the tank requiring you to reseat the seal

    • I like that this machine has the ability to steam and froth milk, as well as, of course, making espresso
    • I can steam milk just as well as with an expensive restaurant-grade espresso maker (I used to be a barrista).
