The window attachment is very secure and I don’t worry that it will pop off...even on a rough road.

I only gave it a 4/5 star-rating due to one issue being the part that rests against the dashboard is not a suction cup, and even though its there to provide support so your phone doesn't bounce around while driving, it keeps moving if you drive in a bumpy road

I like that it doesn't make a whole lot of extraneous noise when I ride on rougher roads.

The fact that the phone rests in the vicinity of the A/C vents also keeps it cooler and now doesn't overheat as much as it did with my prior windshield mount
