I do wish I would have opted for the flat verses glossy because it shows finger prints and smudges but looks fancy when clean.

It takes almost no effort to remove the cover from the phone. if you grab the phone by the corner with the screen up and you thumb on top and index finger under the corner (like you were holding a letter to put in a mail box) it starts to come off

If you type for like an hour, your fingers start to tease.

Kind of hurts your fingers when you hold it

I the sharp edges of the the peeling frame scratch my fingers

Also, the mute button is easy to access, no problem getting my fingers in there to switch it on or off.
