4 stars because the pink surface on the back doesn't seem to be the best quality and is all scratched up from very little use, just from normal usage and being placed on flat surfaces not even from drops.

It takes almost no effort to remove the cover from the phone. if you grab the phone by the corner with the screen up and you thumb on top and index finger under the corner (like you were holding a letter to put in a mail box) it starts to come off

Also, the mute button is easy to access, no problem getting my fingers in there to switch it on or off.

I do wish I would have opted for the flat verses glossy because it shows finger prints and smudges but looks fancy when clean.

Greasy fingerprints occasionally show on matte back cover (my fault, I wear a lot of lotion and should not touch my phone while doing makeup or eating things like popcorn) but clean up easily.
