The grip is good where it doesn't slip off my hand (which is important for me)

It is very smooth but has good grip so it won't slide out of your hand or off of surfaces like other cases I have owned

The case has a nice grip to it and the plastic is slightly flexible which made it easy to install on the phone.

I like the thickness of the case, not too thick, but thick enough to keep a good grip on it.

I love the material that it's made of as it offers a good grip on the phone

last week my phone dropped 5 feet off the kitchen counter (with the case on) and the screen shattered

I dropped my phone twice with this case and the screen shattered both times

But as a phone case, and for what I spent, I was expecting it to be a bit better quality

It was a bit tricky to get the phone in and there were some minor scratches on the case!

As others have mentioned, the mute button becomes a bit harder to reach due to the case, but I have to say I also consider that a plus because without the case it kept accidentally switching on

Buttons are a bit hard to press but nothing I can't get use to.

While applying, the stickers were a bit difficult to peel off, so that's abt my only trouble with it
