Excellent gfx, a delightful mixture of 2d platform gameplay with RPG elements, and an awesome musical score that really makes it a Symphony of the Night

Take one part traditional Castlevania, one part RPG and two parts Metroid, draft the entire thing to a wonderful musical score and you end up with one of the top 5 games ever for the original Playstation

It has all the things that make a game great: challenging battles, crisp graphics, hidden secrets, an enchantingly spooky score, and an exciting background story

It's enthralling musical score and wonderful animation may not equate to more than ten hours on your first try, but I doubt anyone will get everything in the game on their first try

Michiru Yamane flawless score offers many different musical styles from orchestra, to rock, to pipe organ music, etc

Although the graphics are over 10 years old, the colors are soo vibrant, and the orchestrated score is fantastic- prolly the best of any video game ive ever played

The sounds is superb, especially the incredible scores.
