I have enjoyed my Alexa for two years, but recently we switched to a different Internet provider and now our Alexa is not connecting to the new wifi

but they drive me crazy alexa semes to get dummer every day the search engine is terrible and lately it does not understand any thing my wife says

However, Echo Dot's volume are not as strong as Alexa

Alexa has been very helpful with calendar updates, keeping shopping & to do lists, reminders, timers, alarms, calculations, spell checks of words, weather checks - locally or other locations outside of your state/country, news briefings, etc.

Echo works fine, but sadly, Alexa is pretty stupid, most of the time she cannot answer even simple questions that are easily answered with a Google search.
