I love that it integrates with other apps and have flexibility to program certain features but very recently in the past 3 days, the music would stop playing and the "skip" or "next:" voice command would not work.

as well I detected to be a pretty hard to do is that when Alexa is playing loud music you have to literally yell at it to hear you, best way to solve that though is by pressing the button on top of echo for you to lower it or other things

she answers a lot of questions and plays good music and she turns it up and down swiftly

It was fine in the beginning but after some of the latest updates Alexa either dosent respond and the voice command shuts off in seconds, ask you "what do want to hear?" and she will ask AGAIN "what do want to hear?" or just plays the wrong music or station

Alexa will not play my PURCHASED Amazon Music collection but it WOULD play my specific playlist or SPECIFIC MUSIC INDIVIDUALLY.My THEORY of the problem, when you ask Alexa to play your music, it checks to see if you're a "MUSIC UNLIMITED" subscriber first and if you're not, it does not comply with your command and does nothing

But I love her for hands free music, especially in the kitchen or during parties.

I love this but if you want to listen to unlimited music, it comes with a monthly cost for Amazon Prime.

Amazon keeps scaling back their free services, namely the Amazon Music uploading and Amazon Cloud Drive (used to be unlimited storage and then scaled WAY back), so generally Amazon is getting worse

You can’t link more than one together without spending more money, you can’t really get good music without spending more money, etc.

And somehow voice recognition being better because if you try to say Alexa with loud music forget about it.

This has worked well for as a portable music sourcee.

If I had trouble where it would say having trouble playing music if our internet went out too many times and all I had to do was unplug let it out a few minutes and plug it back in
