    • If you frequently need to make different amounts of coffee, or if you frequently switch from a dark roast to a light roast and back again, I would highly recommend you get a french press.
    • this thing took my reasonably fresh roasted (about 2 weeks "old") beautiful dark roast coffee and turned it into tea
    • I use a rounded tablespoon of a good, medium roast coffee per brewed cup.
    • If you don't have one, I would say pick one up with a box a square white filters, a quality grinder, and some fresh roasted coffee.
    • It really smoothes out the bitterness of darker roasts
    • At home I have been brewing Ruta Maya Coffee Dark Roast, which I believe is roasted locally here in Austin, Texas

    • The wooden collar protects you from the heated glass as you're pouring, which is a nice addition as well
    • The filter papers, though pricy, work exactly as they should
    • The handle could be just a little bit bigger, as it's sometimes a little hard to grab a hold of, but besides that it's great
    • But I like this a
    • I love the3 cup as it is perfect for one❤️
