Tried tech support and doing a factory reset didn't help

Tech support is a bit ambiguouse online but live supoort fixes the issue

Tech support recommend that I return it and try again with a new one

I even relied on tech support and They were soooo helpful!

Got in touch with tech support on Monday to see if there was a known problem tracking Steam over the weekend

It works great on my sons IPhone but doesnt work on my daughters Moto E and I cant figure out why.
