We expected this device to be able to control teen internet use and to have customer service with any issues but only control you get is knowing when they meet the time you allotted but does not shut off use until bedtime is setting is meet also not user friendly for away from home setting you have to add app to teens phone and of course the can delete so you pay for service unable to control don't waste your money when I called customer

My favorite feature is the Ability to see their viewing history

I was having a tough time with my teen staying up late playing Fortnite

Allows you to set a bed time(turn off internet anyway.) and limit time per day

The biggest complaint was that it completely throttled our internet speed and kept stalling our modem

They finally sent out a technician today and finally had to resort to changing the name of the network and putting all the devices back on it, one by one, because there was no logical reason for the terrible speeds
