I must say once completed the signal strength through out the home is better than ever!

I advise this Orbi system to everyone looking for an easy yet powerful full-home solution for all wi-fi needs

I think that experienced users will conclude that the easiest and most reliable way to set up and configure the Orbi system is using an ordinary web browser on your local network.

They did say it should work, but netgear would help in suggesting the best way to deploy it

Most modern features are there (QoS, restrictions agasint IPs, bandwidth usage)

I know you like reoccurring revenue streams but to pay $5 per month to have this feature is crazy

If you do pay for Circle, its features are, admittedly, fairly powerful.

the Orbi app is user friendly, easy to use and does have some cool features such a performance and traffic metrics, I missed having access the full suite of technical settings

Very disappointing that this "feature" is so buggy and brings the entire system to its knees

Great — Netgear abdicates their promise to support the product and instead turns it over to their user community.

I certainly recommend this product for its functionality.

Orbi is hard to bring back online for some odd reason.

If you’re not very tech-savvy ,and you still want something which is easy to set up and operate, I’d recommend the Orbi

But after completely setting up, I keep loosing signal to the satellites

We get a strong wifi signal everywhere, including the backyard.

I get intermittent messages from Ring saying the signal is weak.

I've had issues with wifi dead spots in my house ever since we moved here.

In our three floor home, we have had our wifi output on the second floor, but that leads to dead spots in the first floor and the third floor

I was experiencing dead spots in the house and had troubles switching over from 5g to 2g where it wouldn't change when signal was weak.

I have a fairly large house where upstairs is a huge dead spot for WiFi

I had plenty of dead spots, sketchy signal in other areas, and throughput was overall weak

We had some critical dead zones with our previous router, but this has completely resolved them.

With the Orbi system, we put the satellites near the dead zones, got blue lights, and now here I am in my former dead zone with wonderful throughput

But now that I finally have everything working, it's great!I was tired of dead zones with my TP-Link Archer C9V1 (which is a great router by the way), and decided to finally bite the bullet on a better wifi system

The customer service for Orbi is horrible and not knowledgeable.

That may change though if their customer service is as bad as others make them out to be.
