Without this, I could not find a better way to do a nice cable management in a good location!Really recommended for everyone who is intending to buy Google Wifi!

I like this way better then a extender, you dont have to "switch" each time.

The idea was good but the device is too heavy and falls out of slot because of its weight

Great WiFi from Google, mesh is the only way to go

We have not gone over on data and wifi is always available now.

Solid wifi everywhere, easy to setup, and fast.

Cleared the counter space and looks very nice mounted to the outlet

Otherwise, the bracket holder does its job of holding the Google WiFi Router in place, and freeing up space on my console table in the entryway of my residence

Works flawlessly to clean up clutter and open counter and desk space.

The bracket works pretty good, hides wires nicely and plugs into any outlet for power

Needed to fabricate a locking bracket that uses the wall plate screw to hold the unit in place.

Great mounting bracket, the wire is a little tough to push in to place

Also purchased these cool brackets that the Google WiFi access points clip into and plug into the wall

it sits flush with the outlet faceplate and has a gap with the wall: that gap is part of why it doesn’t sit well in certain outlets (it allows the weight of the device to pull the plug out of a looser fitting outlet)

Doesnt look nice at all and you have the have the best outlet location for it to work

Second, this is happier being installed in the top outlet.

They are a little more stable if you plug them into the top outlet but they still eventually fall out, especially if you brush by it.

But would I recommend a Tab at the top to screw it into the wall mount to secure the unit as older house power outlets this google power plug is loose

I wish that oblong thing (the part of the bracket holder) is adjustable and can be slide slightly backwards.

The one drawback I have with it is one of my WiFi units is hard wired to the main unit and this does not provide a way to run the UTP to unit

The wiring once set thru the socket, its perfect, it's designed effectively to make sure wires aren't stressed at points of insertion

They are great- the cord wraps into little grooves on the back of the holder and any excess tucks into the hollowed out spot on the bottom of the satellites so there are no messy cords to deal with, everything is contained.

I know most if not all of us always hate those dead spots in the house with regards to internet and WiFi connectivity

This replace my existing wifi that had several dead spots

I took my second WiFi router and put it in my master bedroom as this is a familiar dead spot and is a location that was a great perimeter point of reference to create a triangle line effect with regards to covering the entire house

It may work if screws were set to hold the unit up, but its too heavy for this flimsy plastic piece and would just fall on the floor otherwise.

If you care about how things look in your house, don't buy this cheap plastic.

Perfect... only minor drawback is that the plastic “feels” thin and may break
