Second, this is happier being installed in the top outlet.

They are a little more stable if you plug them into the top outlet but they still eventually fall out, especially if you brush by it.

Also, plugging it into the top outlet means you can't use the other plug for anything

Doesnt look nice at all and you have the have the best outlet location for it to work

it sits flush with the outlet faceplate and has a gap with the wall: that gap is part of why it doesn’t sit well in certain outlets (it allows the weight of the device to pull the plug out of a looser fitting outlet)

But would I recommend a Tab at the top to screw it into the wall mount to secure the unit as older house power outlets this google power plug is loose
