the so call smart router app is also is poor english and I couldn't understand what it wanted me to do

Something strange also happens where it must interfere with my baby monitor (my baby monitor is NOT wifi capable so not sure what the interference is) because every time the monitor is on, I get NO wifi signal

Then when the install failed snd Tech Support from my ISP advised the only way to contsct the manufacturer for tech support was via e-mail.

I will hsve to buy a more expensive product from a better known manufacturer.
