I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great router at a good price.
Would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a great router at a reasonable price.
It's dead after 11 months, for such a not cheap price, it's a very cheap product and very bad customer serviceWill never buy netgear and suggest you not to
It's fast, reliable, and a great price for the features you are getting

I have tried the free 90 tech support and cannot reach anyone
Lack of expertise, no apparent connection back to qualified engineersThough tech support were friendly to work with, and had the best intentions, they generally appeared underqualified to deal with the operation of the router, and not empowered to escalate real issues back to real engineers for qualified answers to technical issues
I attempted to reach NetGear Tech Support, and waited on the phone for an hour...never got through
Tech support is a joke
Anyways... this router was very easy to setup and I didn't have to call tech support:
Setup was easy and the signal is strong through the house
Easy setup, strong signal, & overall very good performance
Ignore the auto setup if you are computer savvy and just set it up manually
The easy setup and great performance make this router a great value for home networks.
I have the Century Link provided modem/router combo in bridged mode and am using this as our primary router and it is working great even with this slightly more complex setup
I cannot recommend this product, it does not work well.
Getting charged a restocking fee on a defective product is ridiculous
I truly believe this is a defective product, and would not recommend this router to anyone, nor would I suggest purchasing other Netgear products that might involve dealing with their customer services team.
Great product and easy to deal with I recommend this product.
Great Product, I can connect to it and it stays connected.
Netgear put a lot of great features into this router overall... now if they just all worked properly
I suspect Netgear intentionally creates this bug or technical glitch on their routers so that they can make more money through the unreasonably greedy consulting service in addition to selling the routers themselves
Netgear have finally outdone themselves with this router!!!
We have lost a day of work, still don’t have internet, Netgear doesn’t care in the least.
The Netgear was easy to set up and has performed very nice.
After speaking with someone and doing basic trouble shooting they stated that the software was no longer in warranty (90 day warranty, which seems incredibly limiting), and that the hardware was covered under a 1 year warranty, but that you have to do trouble shooting for the software first, before seeing if it could be a hardware issue
This exploit then makes it extremely simple for the hacker to utilize your router as part of a DDoS (distributed denial of service) attack, as well as now potentially having direct access to all deices on your network
Router is easy to setup and use and has some cool logging features as well as

because they felt it was a software issue, not a hardware issue, they would charge me $89 for the fix.
I now have excellent wifi signal in my bedrooms as well as from my neighbors house, but thats ok since my network is secured with one of the many choices of protection this router offers
15 days after the warranty expired my download speeds went to 2mbps
It still has some warranty coverage left, but as others have found out, the warranty is useless past 90 days since Netgear won't provide any support without paying to talk to someone which is quoted at $49.99 for the cheapest plan (more than half what I paid for this router last year).

These serve as ring holders and necklace pegs as well as for their designed purpose of making the unit look cool!I would recommend this unit to anyone who has LOTS of rings.

The speed and coverage of this router has blown my previous ASUS and Linksys routers out of the way to make its own home in the bottom floor of my house

My 5 gigahertz band can top 350 kb/s over the air with this bad boy.
Kim Komando says that this and a few other Netgear routers have know security flaws

Works as it should just expected more range but still great

This particular router had a security flaw according to Wirecutter, but it has been patched
Called Netgear and they wanted a minimum of $80 paid up front and if the issue was related to a software problem they would keep the money
Router is easy to setup and use and has some cool logging features as well as
If I had to, I'd guess that it's a software problem as Netgear has tried to make the router's firmware idiot-friendly and in so doing has made it overly intrusive in the functioning and setup of the router (which should be painfully simple)
The router seems to work well, however l am having a problem configuring for noip
