The E 1000 is a wonderful product with reliable use, speed, and ease of setup.

Up until today, my E1000 worked great - easy setup, good connection speeds, very reliable performance.

I really started to get blazing fast internet speeds.

It has all the great features of this router, just at a 5ghz speed, (gigabit Ethernet ports are also included for faster direct connection speeds) so you can be safe from your wireless devices interrupting your connection.**Also, this may help anyone with a Nat type problem**Another simple fix, is to shut off (or unplug) these 2.4ghz devices so they don't interrupt your connection while playing online

The speed across the board has improved also.

After a quick insert of the CD, I was able to configure the router and all computers on my network within 5 minutes - no hassle, great speeds, and a truly easy interface to use.

But, wait, input comes in at much slower speeds than the "300" speed (cablevision, which is fast enough).

If you do want to have faster speeds, just buy like a little USB WiFi adapter that is Wireless N and you will be fine

Bought this router to replace an older NETGEAR that doesn't support "n" speeds

I would not recommend buying new routers simply just to get better download speed unless you really have a need for a product like this

You also won't need a 10/100/1000 E2000 model unless you are paying for some insane download speeds.

Amazing speed, never drops connection and works well with streaming video

The speeds are not an issue for streaming HD content from my DireTV DVR to laptops over wireless or streaming video/music throughout my house.

The router has enough speed and storage which allows me to watch the movies without any interruptions.
