For the price point this is a highly functional router supporting nice features like VLAN routing and VPN.

This feature I also found doesn't work for 50% of the times chosen you can't set a time such as 3 PM - 5 am.

I like the QOS features and the fact you can prioritize a physical port for VoIP usage

In particular, it offers the ability to set access policies, allowing one, for example, to block access to a particular website at certain times of day for certain users (a potentially handy feature for families), but it looks it is going to take a firmware fix from Cisco to get that working as expected.

Used GUI to configure it - very robust - many features - (havent bothered to see if a CMI using Telnet or SSH would work - maybe later)

Cisco needs to understand Small business doesn't mean subpar products, I would expect a product geared for small businesses to be as reliable as for large enterprises, the main differentiator needs be the scale of workload they can handle.
