The range could be a little better.

Very good range for my whole house

Range is good (not the best) however the stability of the router's performance is up to other Cisco product standards (the best in class)

The wireless range is not the best either.

Works great, never needs a reset, great range and it has more business class features that I can use,Very good value.

Product is light construction and the range could be a little better, but it is a good value for the money.

Cisco needs to understand Small business doesn't mean subpar products, I would expect a product geared for small businesses to be as reliable as for large enterprises, the main differentiator needs be the scale of workload they can handle.
