After receiving this router and going online multiple trying to access a secure password change to no avail, so I contacted Tech Support 1-888-591-2958 after attempting to access it with Tech Support, I was asked to hold on while he get his supervisor because the cades that came with the router should have allowed me in, so now I have this so call Tech Supervisor who is now accessing my computer only to tell me that my computer keeps knocking them
