The only issue I would caution about is that the web interface can be a bit difficult in certain instances, so this is probably not a router for a true, unititated beginner, who may find it at times aggravating and overwhelming.

Tried an old cheap router, and was still getting 100Mbps, so time to decide is the reduction in bandwidth worth the VPN and VLAN?

So that means I have to set two rules to accomplish a single time.
