Cisco support suggested a factory reset to fix it as the only suggestion, no thanks, I can live with this for now, but Cisco really needs to fix this with another patch

You have to call Cisco support in order to even find out the licenses you need, but then they don't sell them, so back to the reseller, who in turn has to go to Cisco to get the license key, which then hopefully makes it back to you, which somehow gets entered.
