The buttons are large and as the number is dialed, you hear the number spoken as well which helps to eliminate misdials.

The dial number buttons are sticky and not easy to operate
-
The phone is very good to hear with but the slow dialing of a number and sound it makes, is annoying.
-
Phone is easy to use with big buttons and repeats phone number back to you out loud when dialed so you are sure you dialed correctly
