She was able to hear clealy and in addition enjoyed the other features on the phone such as the announcing of the caller ID and the announcing of each number as you dial the phone
I had turn them off and rely on other phones in the house to alert to an incoming call-announcement of the caller ID is a great feature, but this phone also speaks the numbers as you dial them.
Elderly parents loved all the features this special phone has to offer
The phone has a nice feature where you push a button that connects you with the CLarity support staff.
The phone also supports another feature that I didn't even know I wanted: the base itself had a battery.
I'm so glad to say that she just loves the phone and all the volume controls
Compatible with hearing aids, the phone has an adjustable volume control for both hearing and speaking levels along with a "boost" feature for additional amplification.
Some good features (volume control, repeats number dialed, large buttons) but the distortion makes the phone unusable.
The buttons are large and well lighted for those that can't see well, easy instructions and simple, easy controls for volume

This is a great product & I would highly recommend purchasing it for those with hearing loss.
after 6 months 1 of the 2 the display not working, and the other one start make weird noise... for that much money not a good product...
Great product for someone who truly has hearing problems.
STRONGLY suggest you read the "privacy statement" on p 15, slowly, and carefully, BEFORE you plug the thing in...
The sound quality was terrible and on top of that, it was very difficult and complicated to use....absolutely the wrong product for an elderly person with even slight cognitive impairments.
, It has easy to use volume control and a number of features that I have not used it
Adjustable volume for phone conversations works well, too
Compatible with hearing aids, the phone has an adjustable volume control for both hearing and speaking levels along with a "boost" feature for additional amplification.
However, this phone had very poor volume even with the volume turned up and the boost enabled.
This phone easily adapts from someone needing a "boost" of greater volume to someone with normal range hearing
Some things are irritating, like the loud noise the keypad makes and there is no "off" or disconnect button for her, so she gets confused when she is toggling off to on.
