Smaller one cracked after 3 months, got this new thicker/bigger one and its working well 3 months in.

Others are ineffective for chair movement and have cracked soon after purchase.

Amazon was kind enough to replace the cracked original( the manufacturer pretended to allow returns but really just makes the customer jump through multiple hoops even though I sent them clear photos of the cracking - their policy seems to be: assume the customer is lying ) but now, approximately 18 months later, the replacement is starting to crack ( I weigh 190 lbs, so it isn't me causing a problem ).
