Website says a 40 year warranty hoping they honor it

The price initially put me off, however I would definitely recommend it since I won't have to keep buying them every year or so when they crack.

Did not last a year, cracked and developed holes in about 10 months of use on high traffic, low pile carpet.

The last mat (manufacturer unknown) lasted 1 year before it started to crack and needed replacement.

So it lasted about 3 years before cracking.

I hadn't even had this a whole year before it started falling apart.

Great deal and worked out exactly as we needed!

There are no craters from wheels, or cracks as of yet

Works as it is intended.

It will works as it's not cracked to the edges

The chair doesn't sink into this as it is very sturdy.

Still as smooth as when I first put it down eight weeks ago.

The desk chair moves on it almost as well as when on a floor
