    Cobra Walkie-Talkie microTalk CXR925 35-Mile 22-Channel Two-Way Radio

    • I like the lithium batteries and the CXR825s are really nice with voice clarity and reasonable reception.
    • Clear reception with a lot of features.
    • Kids enjoy good reception
    • Loud calls can be heard over the heavy equipment, great reception, great functionality and they stand up to the harsh conditions very well
    • They have great reach the reception is crystal clear from 1000
    • The positives for this product is that of the remaining radios, there is good reception and clarity, and the added "repeat" function is very useful in our environment, due to the external noise factor.
    • Using the FRS power level, I could only get rough reception at distances under ~1/4 mi with a clear line-of-sight (e.g. hilltop to base; no obstructions), and even then, I had a lot of trouble understanding the broadcast
    • We've only used them about a half mile or so distance but the reception was crystal clear even through the trees and hills
    • But the reception is so poor, I must give the product a thumbs down.
    • I set it on Channel 6 and a DCS privacy code 19,hoping for better reception, but still very poor at 2 miles
    • Good reception within my 80 acres
    • we get good reception up to a mile.
    • Bought these after seeing a cumtomers review of some unidens I thought I wanted, glad I went with these, the power is very good, reception is very good, we even used while transporting cars one time, volume is good, the batteries have held up well while in use for a 12 hour work shift.
    • Use in RV & they have great reception; very important for this activity!
    • Good reception, compact size, reasonable delivery.
    • At full power, the reception was poor
    • works great, but sometimes steals other receptions so we have 2 people talking at once
    • I had a pair of 10-year old Motorola FR60 (FRS) with me at the moment and the reception was loud and clear
    • Small size was critical for me b/c I was using it for skiing and my wife has no backpack or pockets large enough for the typical larger powerful radios
