I can only hope that Cobra will do the same in the future as well.*********I have ordered 32 of these radios for my company's use, there have been 8 of them so far that had to be returned, due to defective volume issues, and 2 of the chargers have also been defective.

Within a couple of weeks, my 2 radios (the same ones I sent back) were returned to me and the previous volume issue with both units was completely corrected

If you order these radios in larger quantities be prepared to possibly return a good portion of them for replacement, due to volume issues.
