All you do is remove the tape on the sticky tab of a strip or two and attach to the picture frame

Every tab in the third bag was defective however; none of the backing strips on any tab could be removed without damaging the sticky surface underneath

A failed bag in a replacement order of one would yield no usable tabs... off to Home Depot for more.

I have used command hooks a lot, so when I initially ordered these, I had envisioned a 2-sided sticky tab.

They hold things extremely well, and when you do decide it's time to move things around or take them down entirely, you just pull down on the strip using the little non-sticky tab, and it stretches out until it just pops off the wall without leaving a mark or taking paint and plaster with it!Five stars

I am putting super glue on them to make them work as I have already waited awhile for these to ship
