Even Heat, Easy to Clean

Great for an egg or two in the morning or heating a leftover for lunch or dinner.

We've had these "copper" pans for a while and used them with our radiant heat stove

Bought this one because I have an electric cooktop and this has a stainless heat shield to keep the aluminum pan from warping

Even heat & won't warp like other flimsy aluminum pans

Cleans, heats well, no stick pan

so it doesn't retain or transfer heat as well as my Calphalon

Non-stick surface is great, but very poor heating

Don't use high heat and keep it separate (don't "nest" it with other pans) and you'll like it a lot.

Easy to clean, less heat needed for cooking or frying and no fats or oils needed for either process.

I really hope that it always serves me as well as it has so far......

However, the handle conducts heat and gets almost as hot as the pan!

Perfect t for omlets...
