Copper chef has the best non-stick I have ever used.

Every one I have bought works flawlessly, although I do follow the seasoning process, and keep them clean using the same methods as I use on ironware

This pan worked great for about 6 weeks of intermittent use, but now the non-stick feature is not functional and the pan is virtually useless.

just the right size for my omelettes .. non stick lets it slide out each time .. using everyday .. cleans up with a snap .. 5 stars for sure

It did work great at first but not so much after half a dozen uses

They all worked great with intermittent use for about a month and then food starts sticking just like all other pans - Gotham Steel, diamond coated, ceramic - they all suck after a few weeks.
